1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Motion_Viz services and the website motionviz.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Motion_Viz provides productized web design services for SaaS founders and course creators, including:

  • Quick Fix ($497): Rapid improvements for existing pages, delivered in 2-3 days
  • Landing Page ($1,497): Complete landing page design and development, delivered in 5-7 days
  • Full Site + CRO ($2,997): Multi-page site with conversion optimization, delivered in 10-14 days

3. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is required upfront before work begins
  • We accept payment via the methods specified during checkout
  • All sales are final once project work has commenced

4. Project Process

  • Discovery: We begin with a consultation call to understand your requirements
  • Design & Development: We create your project using modern technologies (Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS)
  • Revisions: Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds
  • Delivery: Final files are delivered via Vercel deployment or as agreed

5. Revisions Policy

Each service tier includes revision rounds as follows:

  • Quick Fix: 1 round of revisions
  • Landing Page: 2 rounds of revisions
  • Full Site + CRO: 3 rounds of revisions

Additional revision rounds can be purchased. Our guarantee: "Happy or revise until you are" — up to 3 additional revision rounds are available if needed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own all rights to the final deliverables
  • We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
  • Any third-party assets (fonts, images, icons) are subject to their respective licenses
  • Source code and design files are transferred upon project completion

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

  • Provide all necessary content, copy, and assets in a timely manner
  • Respond to feedback requests within 48 hours
  • Provide clear and consolidated feedback during revision rounds
  • Grant necessary access to domains, hosting, or other platforms as needed

8. Timeline & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines begin after payment and receipt of all required materials
  • Delays in client feedback may extend the delivery timeline
  • We work Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays
  • Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee

9. Refund Policy

  • Full refund is available if you cancel before work begins
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if work has started
  • No refunds are available once the final deliverables have been provided
  • Disputes should be raised within 7 days of delivery

10. Limitation of Liability

Motion_Viz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, or project details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
